Monthly rent fees on our site are mentioned for long term rent like 3-4 months - a year, rent fee for 1-2-3 months may be higher. Some of the apartments are rented out only for a long term. Other apartments may be rented monthly in a low winter season, but they are rented daily in summer. Prices vary depending on the term, on the season and on Ruble/Euro rate. We may also find apartments for long term rent according to your requirements not just on our site, but in the professional daily updated real estate database. One time agency fee for long term apartments may be from half of rent fee or lower for shorter terms, to a monthly rent.
Daily rent fees vary depending on the quantity of days and the season. No extra commission above daily fees on the site.
Daily fees may differ from ones on the site during special events like FIFA World Cup 2018, or so.
To reserve an apartment one must send a deposit according to our request. The deposit sent online is considered as a part of future fees and is included in them. Reservation deposit is given to the landlord of the reserved apartment and in case of cancellation of the trip, the deposit is used by the landlord as the reimbursement of declined offers of other candidates.
Refundable security deposit is given back to you on your departure in case everything is okay in the flat.
Check in is usually 12.00 - 2pm, check out is usually noon, though it is flexible when it is possible.
Internet (Wi-Fi), even not mentioned on the site, is usually provided in all the apartments, and it is not a problem to set it these days.
